Die ÄGHE (Ärztegesellschaft für Heilfasten und Ernährung e.V.) lädt in Zusammenarbeit mit den Charité - Arbeitsgruppen für Klinische Naturheilkunde und Integrativer Medizin zum 20. Internationalen Fastenkongress ein! Seien Sie willkommen im Herzen Berlins, in den historischen Räumlichkeiten der Kaiserin-Friedrich-Haus, am 24./25. Juni 2023.
Programmhighlights (Programm im Anhang):
- Brandaktuelle Studienergebnisse zu Fasten und ketogener Ernährung bei multipler Sklerose, chronobiologischen Komponenten beim Intervallfasten und vielem mehr
- Fasten in der Onkologie, bei Diabetes mellitus Typ 2 und für die Zahngesundheit
- Digitale Unterstützungssysteme für eine gesunde Ernährung
- Spannende Podiumsdiskussionen zu praktischen Themen wie Kaffee und Salz während des Fastens, sowie zu den aktuellen Ausbildungsmöglichkeiten im medizinischen Fasten
Außerdem erwarten Sie eine abwechslungsreiche Ausstellung und kulturelle Höhepunkte wie eine Einladung ins Berliner Nachtleben mit Buffet und Tanz!

The ÄGHE (Medical Association for Fasting and Nutrition), in collaboration with the Charité Working Groups for Clinical Nature-based Therapies and Integrative Medicine, invites you to the 20th International Fasting Congress! Feel welcome to the heart of Berlin, in the historic premises of the Kaiserin-Friedrich-Haus, for June 24-25, 2023.

- Cutting-edge study results on fasting and ketogenic diet in multiple sclerosis, chronobiological components in intermittent fasting, and much more
- Fasting in oncology, in type 2 diabetes mellitus and for dental health
- Digital support systems for healthy nutrition
